Only one tip but its a good one.violinists rub a substance onto their bows to make the strings resonate it is called rosin ,it comes from the pine tree and it is hardend sap a bit like maple syrup, but dry. When rosin is rubbed into the leather of your pumps the non slip qualities are uncomparable to any other product.
Hello,

(ANS) I trained as a dancer for three years including studying at the Laban Center in London. Ballet is often misunderstood, it NOT what it seems at all. Ballet is a form of dance that aims to create the illusion of ease %26amp; lightness, as well as telling a story (communication to the audience).

Ballet is nothing short of hard work, hard work to perfect the body, the movements %26amp; the correct use of one's energy. In short ballet requires incredible self control %26amp; self discipline, great attention to fine details of shape %26amp; line. Ballet requires nothing short of learning precision.

**Ballet is also a language of movement, %26amp; so to learn that language you have to practice endlessly until you become fluid %26amp; so familiar with its terms, with its vocabulary that in the end you can walk talk %26amp; speak ballet.

**Ballet doesn't suit everyone, ballet doesn't fit easily on every dancers body.

**Ballet can be good for developing fitness %26amp; strength, when taught well it can be a lovely experience to train in a studio of good ballet dancers who can move together as if you were all one being.

**To start with at a junior level ballet training is mostly focused on learning the positions of the arms %26amp; legs. And later on how to use the positions within fluid movements i.e. how the positions fit together %26amp; flow.

**Get the basic ballet positions firmly into the kinesthetic body i.e. into the muscular memory %26amp; the rest will automatically come from there. The basic positions form the foundation of the language the A,B,C as it were.

**But most of all ballet should be enjoyable to as well as requiring self control %26amp; self discipline.
