How to get a better ballet body and extensions?

i'm a dancer (ballet) and i'm 13 and about 5'2 1/2" at around 103 pounds. i know i'm not overweight and i'm pretty thin, but i have some fat on my stomach and the inside of my thighs that i think if i got rid of it, it could help me in my dancing. i have kind of bad eating habits, so i don't know if that's part of it. i also think i could be more muscular. any eating suggestions or excersices to replace the fat with muscle?

my extensions (flexibility) aren't horrible, but they could be a lot better. what are some stretches to get my extensions really high?

well, I dont know much about ballet.....but I do know about this one thing. its pretty cool.

Its called the "six week body makeover". you mightve heard about it on some adds or something. but its pretty cool. its not a diet, but it tells you what to eat and stuff so it speeds up your metabolism and you lose weight super fast and i think you would be able to lose your stomach fat and the inside of your thighs. the thing comes with like all these excersizes that take like 5 minutes and work really well on certain areas, so i bet they would probably help you. but idk.

and ha i personally dont think you have anything to worry about when it comes to your weight, but i guess if you really think it would help your dancing....then do whatever lol.

i hope i helped.

Practice makes Perfect.

Try doing 2 stretches Daily and remind

your Friends and family To always watch YOUR " as in you " eating habbits. Tell them to say " Stop " when you start eating junk food then tell them to give you something healthy!
Try stretching daily and with your parents or sibling help as they can push you down ffarther in w/e stretch you are doing and in about 1 month or 2, depending on your flexibility, you should more than likely have better flexibilty.
