the best place for cheep shoes is payless (expecially off season you can get any shoe for a couple bucks and BOGO rocks!)
shirts ross is really good if you like namebrand and target always has awsome stuff on sale
jeans you can get normal ones at like shopko but I dont know about skinny......Try any deal store for good well....deals!

old navy and target are pretty good places.
forever 21, wet seal, payless, target, ross, mervyns. if you have a platoes closet or other good second hand stores near you those are great too!
