Okay so I bought Turbo Jam and liked it but I had dislocated my knee while skiing last year and the kicks were too rough and I had to give it away. I do yoga and I wanted to know if anyone has used yoga booty ballet and what they thought of it. and how successful it was with toning?

It's pretty good, and actually alot of fun,I had shoulder surgery so I've been doing this to maintain my muscle tone and so far my clothes still fit.
